Aoa. I need an advice regarding purchase of ready to construct 5 Marla plot .
Which option is better from below both living wise and potential gain in price?
- DHA Rahbar (Possession, What is the price range?)
- DHA Rahbar (Near Possession plots and when is possession expected? What is the price range?)
- Lake City M7b (What is the price range?)
In addition, kindly guide me is it better to purchase now or wait few months due to elections and possible fall out of tax impositions along with 4 million non filer restriction?
P.S. Currently I am a non filer living abroad.
Although Lake city is a good project but i personally prefer it for investment and ot for living because generally over a period of time the private societies do not provide quality services. Rahber is most suitable for you where you can find a plot in 40 to 55 Lacs.
I do not think so that you need to wait as it will not effect that area at all.
