Salam, Which block you suggest to look at for 5 marla plot in phase 8 and what should expect price range keeping in mind plot needed for constructing house and not for investment.
How long it could take for possession roughly?
Y block looks right next to ring road with full traffic noise at high speed.

Also is there 8 marla available in phase 8 . if yes what could be range if without possession.

Town 9 is ok but plots are so deep and there is no further development work is being undertaken and that phase is seems poorest developed and left in middle undone. what could be reason of that?

Dear Muhammad,

Phase 8 Y block is going to be a good option in times to come 5 or 8 marla. The price ranges from 56-62 for 5 marla and 65-80 for 8 marla depending upon the location. The ring road noise will affect the plots in front but plots at the back won’t be affected much. Possession is due anytime in 2018 because development is fast paced in Phase 8 Y block.

Not all plots in 9 Town are deep. There are ground level plots as well. The reason you see some of the development yet to be done is because no further machinery has yet been allocated to the sector, however, it will be once they start developing E block. There are a few areas which are still disputed in 9 Town therefore you see no development in those particular areas. Buying a plot in possession area with easy access is always advisable in 9 town.
