Salam.U mentioned that if furst deal is not successful the dealer asks to return the biana.but uts clearly mentioned in DHA forms that biana is nit returned if buyer cant arrange money.Can the agent take any action if biana not returned as legally uts not to be returned.Secondly,if the dealer blackmails that ill take stay on this basis?what are the DHA rules?

Dear,

DHA does not offer any solution to Biana returns etc unless you have a clear proof of fraud by the dealer, the dealer must be DHA registered and only than DHA may black list the dealer but it will not clear your property .

Dear Doc,

DHA can not offer any solution, there is no DHA form that says as such. It’s the legal agreement between you and the purchaser on the government issues stamp paper. It’s better to retract with mutual understanding instead of going to court. Although the decision would be in the favor of rightful party. But it’d take a couple of months or could take more time. It’s better to resolve out of court to avoid wasting time.
