Got 5 Marla plot no. 9/E/478 in recent DHA phase 9 town E block balloting. What is the current value of this plot and its future prospects/price gain expected in 2 years time? What you say about the location of sector E in 9 town?

Dear Kamran,
Your plot worth is around 42 lacs cost of land less development charges,which are 9 lacs.If we add 42 lacs and development charges,it reaches 51 lacs…we have many options in A,B,C and D block in this range…. i do believe though that in time it will go up in next 2 to 3 years as the houses are built in 9 Town.
