Kindly guide me about difference between plot files , Plots and balloting?

All above there are interlinked with each other… or are different processes?

DO it is necessary to buy plot files before or after balloting?

or successful balloting and complete payment will allow us the ownership of plot?

There is no such thing as plot file etc, there are only affidavits or allocations and read this to learn the differences between two.

4 Differences Between Affidavit and Allocation File DHA

What you are referring to is may be a file which has been allocated a plot number after balloting, such as plots in 9 Prism of DHA Lahore.
