Dear Shahid,

The L block is still under litigation. Lower court has given the decision in favor of DHA , however the other party has submitted an appeal in the higher court. Hopefully it will also be in favor of DHA but not sure how long it may take, my idea is that it may take 6 months to a year before everything is back in order.
