Dear Sir,

I am residing outside Pakistan for last couple 3 years. I own 2 plots in DHA Phase IX Prism. I have not made any payment of development charges as of yet since I did not get a chance to visit Lahore since 2014. What will be the procedure to make the payment now? Thank you.

Dear Sir,

You will have to visit DHA Office customer care center and request them to get your installment schedule and surcharge.

They will issue you the schedule and surcharge voucher which you need to pay as of that day.
