Dear Sir,
I am residing outside Pakistan for last 3 years. I own 2 plots in DHA Phase IX Prism. I have not made any payment of development charges as of yet since I did not get a chance to visit Lahore since 2014. What will be the procedure to make the payment now? Thank you.

Dear Sir,
Kindly visit DHA Customer care center along with your CNIC and allotment letter and they will issue the voucher for the surcharge and the schedule of your installments.
In case you are not in Pak, you can apply for NDC through us and in 4 to 5 working days , you will get the required dues.
