i have a 5 Marla plot in rahbar sector k street k4 of phase 2 (bought last month end).
should i sell the plot as it is after ring road completion and phase 2 ext balloting or should i construct and then sell it; how can i get a better margin in terms of %age?
if it is not recommend to sell the plot now or sell it after construction then i can wait too to construct and then let it to have some rental income and then sell it.

Dear Dawood,

I think if you have time and you can construct it than obviously it will be better to build a house and sell it afterwards.

Rental income from a house is not some thing i would be interested in as it also adds depreciation to your construction when you sell it out.

Its better to just hold your plot for now, construct the house when you feel you want to sell it as a brand new house will fetch you much more profit.
