We are we are planning to purchase a home at Emaar Isb. Is it right choice now viewing the new property law and its impact the prices are likely to drop? should we wait for prices drop ?

Salaam,

The prices of such a project do not get effected by any such taxes . I am a bigger fan of investing in land rather than developers projects though.
