I own 1 kanal Prism M-1017 Corner, how much should this sell for right now please provide evaluation? 6 installments paid civil.

I am having difficulty selling this, can you advise why market is so slow and what is the best course of action to sell?

Dear Abdullah,

Your plot is difficult to sell as it is located right next to a graveyard. The maximum price for this plot is aprox 7.5 Million. However due to slow market conditions the best you can expect is 7 Million.

    Thanks for your reply. The lowest plots of 1 kanal in a very bad location start from 8 Million in Prism. Also there is a plot right infront of a main graveyard in E block listed for 8.5.. This plot is a corner plus the 24 kanals next to it are dha reserved. Yes could turn to extend graveyard, anything can happen with that reserved land but right now its empty land.What do you suggest I do with this plot? Should I keep it till development or sell now?
