Mostly there has been quite a difference of price between Plot in a same Sectors.What factors determines a high end or low end price of a Plot in a Sector.If u Can educate Novices like me, Ur Post/analysis are valuable to ppl having little or no know how of real market.Regards

A very good question but it is a long discussion and will be hard to explain in a forum, however i will soon write an article in detail to explain this. Just remember that it includes factors like , accessibility, location, road, infrastructures in close vicinity etc.
