It is better to involve real estate agents in order to sell your house quickly. However make sure that you have some one involved with yourself who is experienced in dealing with agents and can help you gain maximum price. Remember agents are usually only concerned about making sales rather than trying to fetch you maximum profits.

D Block in Phase 6 is a good area to start a new project so you have a green signal in that regard.
