I like to buy 1000Ys. brand New House in DHA Karachi. Should I buy now or wait till April 2017 because as per few experts market will further down by April and that would be a good time to buy…Please advice as per your best understanding…Thank you

Dear Imran,

In general we believe that the real estate market will stabilize in future , the non developed areas may suffer a bit, however mature and developed phases in general do not lose much ground during a down trend.

I believe you are completely safe buying now as long as it is a developed and mature phase of DHA. The real estate market is usually trending upwards in summers and you may actually end up paying more than what you are paying now.

I think you should wait till April 2107 because due to many reasons real estate market is really gonna down in future.
