Where to buy two 1 kanal plot DHA files? I don’t mind waiting for couple of years to get it mature. Also, what about ‘S category plots/files’ available exclusively for army personnel. My friend informed about no development charges at DHA Karachi associated with S category files.
OR Should I buy a 5 marla house in DHA lahore phase 6 for rental income?

Thank you for your kind words, i would say that DHA Peshawar or DHA Multan may be a good option for now if can wait for a few years they will give you excellent returns.
