Dear Nasir,

Apartment houses are not very attractive investment in Lahore surroundings, in general we are not interested to invest in apartments unless they are high end luxury  serviced apartments such as Mall of Lahore.

I will suggest that if you are getting reasonable profits you should take an exit, no one can predict how the end product will perform in this case.
