Hi,

I want to invest 3.5 to 4 million in DHA property. Please suggest me suitable investment options for good return (at least double) in 3-4 years time. Heard about DHA phase 7 five marla plot files for 2 villages cleared by DHA management recently. What do u say about this PH7 investment or any other option either from DHA rahber or PH8 or DHA Multan or DHA Gujranwala?

Dear Khizar,

All the options suggested by Mian Irfan are good and should help you achieve your goals. Furthermore you can consider DHA Multan as well.

I am not in favour of Phase 7, 5 Marla plots though for investment. I will prefer a 1 Kanal plot instead of 5 Marla options specially if you are considering an investment for 3 to 4 years.

Thanks for the feedback. May I know the current plot rates for 5 marla phase 8 Z block and phase 9 prism ? Will these be plots or files?

    We will recommend plots , 5 marla plot in 8 Z ivy green are a bit expensive and will cost you 40 to 50 Lacs , 9 Prism the plots are between 32 Lacs to 40 Lacs.
