Investment Plan in State Life Cooperative Housing Society Phase 2 which is renamed as Phase1 Extension. It’s main gate is on Ring road which makes it’s more valuable.
Society has started development in converted ten Marla residential plots and 4-8 Marla commercial plots. However 14 Marla plots development shall follow. Already taken maximum time. Now it’s raising time due to start of movement. Enclaved between DHA all around. However still a bit long term (4-5) years engagement. But after that prices will be sky rocket which at the moment hover around 25 lacs @ 14 Marla only.
