DHA city is strictly a NO , as of now the entire project is in a state of stale so no point in risking your hard earned money.

There are three areas which you can consider in order of priority. along with reasons.

DHA Phase 8 , 8 or 10 Marla plots in Y block . ( Possession is expected next year so the price will definatly rise , i will buy in phase 8 now and sell the plot and shift to 9 Prism after an year)

Phase 9 Prism 1 Kanal plot. ( Good investment if you can find a plot at a lower price, may not increase much in an year but will give you great returns in 2 to 3 years for sure)

Phase 7 – 1 Kanal plot ( Prices have gone lower after correction, it will give you handsome profit in 2 to 3 years)

Problem with your budget is that you may not be able to get a good 1 Kanal plot in  Z ivy green . You can get only a 10 Marla plot at 75 to 80 lacs and i will prefer Y block Phase 8 instead of Z .
