What’s the future of Naval anchorage gawadar on short term  investment point of view(1 year) as I am planning to book a 10 Marla plot, please advise.

Further, is there any other short term investment opportunity for overseas Pakistanis.

Dear Ishfaq,

Naval anchorage is a safe project yet i do not think so that it has any real short term potential, i can be wrong but i will still not invest on the chance that i may be wrong.

Well it depends on your budget and i will suggest that you purchase installment files of DHA Multan or Gujranwala instead.
