Sir, i have learnt that new town ph1 has already gone up where as phase 4 &5 are still in manageable limits to purchase. That kick effect if materilized will have enough space of growth in ph 4& 5.
Ur expert views requested please.

Dear Zahid,
I agree with you regarding New town , New town is one of the few places we do recommend for investment in Gwadar. The issue with Phase 1 and Phase 4 though is the possession which is only available in Phase 1 as of now.
