In my opinion DHA Phase 8 will be the winner among all 3 , prices of phase 7 are less because of its location and approach and Phase 9 is still under development so the prices will remain in a loop.

I believe that Phase 8 will continue to grow as it is already following an upward trend. Phase 9 is under development and the prices will fluctuate once giving you profits and in the same year your plot might be underpriced. Phase 9 is a purely trading commodity which is buy at the low sell as it’s up. Don’t hold for longer periods of time. Phase 7 on the other hand is at an all time low if we compare the last three years. Phase 7 in my opinion will grow but only those areas where houses are being built e.g. S block, R block etc. It wouldn’t be wise to invest in the lower end of Phase 7.
