Yes the prices have come down and that is some thing which we have been expecting, however we do believe that Phase 8 prices will go higher in time future as more number of houses construction sites start. However it may well be a year or so before we can see stability in prices.

This is however a good buying time. I will suggest to hold unless you need money.

Sir i want to ask 2 questions:

1 Do you see further correction in the market or not? n according to your working and experience how much time do you think rates will come to the previous levels?

2 Do you think that phase 6 come on the saturation or highest point and end user or end buyer will shift towards phase 8 or do u think there is huge gap in terms of price and preference?
