I will recommend 5 Marla plot in DHA Phase 8 Y block or 9 Town .

i suggest you to consider phase 9 town only as possession is given and main road is almost near to complete so you can get handsome returns there for more info please contact 03214368157

How about Raiwind side societies? How do you compare it with Phase 9 town? Any good property investment options there?

Well i only consider DHA for investment or Bahria town , however i am not very impressed with Bahria Lahore, so i cant suggest you to move to societies near Thokar . 9 town is part of DHA and the 5 Marla plot will reach 80 to 90 Lacs in a few years.
