AoA. Sir,

Terminologies like Short term, Mid term, and Long term  are used in real estate discussion for time period on ROI. What is a general time bracket (in months/years) considered for Short,Mid and Long term period.If u can educate.

Dear Janjua,

Short term refers to a a few days and max a couple of months , mid term will refer to any thing which may extend from 4 to 5 month to an year or two. Long term refers to any investment with a scope of 2 years or more.
