I am trying to transfer a property in my fathers name to my soon to be wife’s name, and as it turns out theres a huge tax on that. I’ve tried exporing the gifting option but turns out that is going to end up costing even more. One of my friends mentioned “Hibba”, which is a little different than the gifting option. I am currently not in the position to pay a tax amount this huge.
