Salam Hassan/Shahnawaz sb, just out of interest – what is happening with block E of 9 Town. When development and possession is expected to happen. `and what is current 5 Marla residential plot rates?

Location is great to me, additionally it would be mix of different sizes of plots unlike other blocks that differentiate it from other blocks? also I would expect would this to be cheapest option in today date for 5 Marla in town 9 if possession and development isn’t away more than a year?

So would you suggest this to someone looking to construct house or invest for 2 years and want to stay within budget of 45-55m or even lower at the moment . Also, wouldn’t this Block have more juice for investment in current time compare to other blocks of 9 town that’s already touching ceiling particularly plots located at comparatively better location. Am I right to feel that there is little promotion for E by estate Consultants currently?

Dear Shabbir,

You are absolutely right so some an extent. I’m not sure when the development will start in E block but it shouldn’t be far off. E is given little importance because of lack of possession. Once E block develops with it’s huge commercial market and a variety of plots it would undoubtedly be the best block amongst all. Give or take 3 years time in my opinion you are looking at an exponential price jump. The plots are quite cheap as of now. This is the right time to invest in E block.
