Yes you can find a good house in this price in DHA , however it can only be a 5 Marla in Phase 6 , however if you are ready to build your own house, you can get a 8 Marla plot for 80 Lacs in DHA 9 Town and construct your own house with the remaining money. The downside is that 9 Town is not yet fully populated.

If this is not what you desire you can look into Paragon city, where you may be able to get a 10 Marla house in 150 Lacs.
