Dear Sir,
I would like to invest PKR 60 million for getting good rental income.
I am considering to buy a 4 mirla build plaza in phase 3 Y or Z block ( option 1 )
I am considering to buy a 4 mirla phase 6 MB plot and build a plaza with adding 30 million after a couple of year ( option 2 )
Please add your openion as a property expert that which other options are available and froutfull in the coming years for getting a handsome rental income.

Dear Anas,

I will suggest you to opt for option no 2 , because you will not get a good Plaza in Phase 1 to 4 in 6 crores, so unless you can spend 7 to 8 crores right now in Phase 1 to 4 , it is much better to buy a plot in Phase 6 and build a plaza in 2 to 3 years.

In addition i will add another option.

Buy 1 x 4 Marla file in Phase 8 Park view 270 Lacs approx after 3 years i see it at 550 to 600 lacs.

Buy 1 x 4 Marla file Phase 11 Rahber Phase 2 ext 215 Lacs approx after 3 years i see it at 400 to 450 Lacs.

Buy a residential plot for the remaining amount or buy 4 Marla commercial DHA Multan on installments. Total price 2 crores including premium and after 3 years i see it at 300 to 350 Lacs.

So you will not need to add 30 million you can easily sell the DHA Multan commercial and build 2 Plazas in Lahore on the files we purchased in 8 Park view and Rahber. Approx rental from those 2 Plazas will be 6 Lacs.
