DHA phase 9 overview

Phase 9 consists of two main sectors:

• 9 Town
• 9 Prism

9 Town

This is a small community of mostly 5 and a few 8 Marla plots between Phase 6 of DHA Lahore and Phase 9 Prism. It is under possession and ready for construction.

DHA Phase 9 Prism

Phase 9 Prism of DHA Lahore is the latest and the biggest phase till to date launched by DHA Lahore. The balloting of 9 Prism was held in may 2015 and the development work has begun on site since Feb 2016. It comprises of 5 Marla , 10 Marla , 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal Plots. Amenities include a Golf course. saddle and polo club, DHA club, cinema and huge parks.

DHA Lahore Phase 9 prism is located between Ferozepur road and Bedian road and with entrances planned on all its four sides as can be seen in this location map.

DHA has announced that the development work will be completed before 2019, however, we believe that the claim may be bit difficult to achieve. In all good faith and with a realistic approach we will be expecting the development work and possession of phase 9 prism of DHA Lahore to be completed by 2021.

Both residential and commercial plots are available for sale in Ph 9 Prism and are considered good for investment.

Civic zone 1 commercial is located in P block right on the junction of A,C,D and P blocks. Zone 1 consists of a total of 276, 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots. Zone 1 commercial is centrally located and is the best commercial area in 9 prism of DHA Lahore. We expect the prices of commercial in zone 1 will rise by atleast a 100 to 150% in next 5 years or by 2021 as it will be the first commercial zone of 9 prism to see commercial activity.

Main Civic Zone 2 Commercial of 9 Prism

Civic Zone 2 commercial is located in E block and consists of 4 Marla and 8 marla plots. It is located on the junction fo blocks E, F, G,K and L and 2 has a total of 249 commercial plots.

Main Civic Zone 3 Commercial of 9 Prism

Civic Zone 3 is located at the junction of C,D,E & F blocks and consists of 228 plots of 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercials.

Oval Complex Commercial of 9 Prism

The 2nd most important commercial area is the oval complex , located at the junction of D, E, M and N blocks and consists of only 298 plots of 4 Marla commercials. These 4 Marla commercial plots are located in an oval shape around an oval complex which consists of Saddle & polo club, JV commercials and site for college. Plot prices in oval complex will see a rise of at least a 100 to 150% in next 5 years or by 2021.

Presently no projects are under development in DHA Lahore phase 9, we will update you when ever they start.

DHA Phase 9 Prism development status

A lot of development work is in progress in DHA Phase 9 prism, the main 150 feet road starting from Phase 9 Town is under construction and this is presently the best approach in 9 Prism. However we only saw work in progress at A and C blocks besides that. It has been almost 1 year now and compaction work is still undergoing on the main road.
