CDA Islamabad auctions will offer five hotel plots and seven petrol pump sites at Jinnah Convention Center on October 12–13, 2026. The authority posted the announcement on October 8; its body carries an October 7 dateline.
Hotel plots: October 12
Hotel bidding starts at 10am. Locations include D-12 Markaz, F-5/1, E-11’s northern strip and Srinagar Highway. CDA advertises a one-year payment schedule and building-plan approval after a 25% deposit. Possession requires 75% payment and a qualifying bank guarantee for the balance.
Petrol sites: October 13
The seven petrol pump sites will be offered together as a 20-year rental package, exclusively to registered oil marketing companies. Rent will rise by 10% annually.

Prospective bidders should obtain CDA’s revised brochures and check eligibility, payment obligations and site conditions before participating. These are upcoming auctions; the announcement does not report winning bids or completed transactions.
