DHA Gujranwala has launched 5 Marla plots on installments. The application forms can also be downloaded from DHA Gujranwala website . Forms are also available at DHA Gujranwala office as well as branches of Askari Bank, Bank Of Punjab, Soneri Bank, and United Bank Limited.
Balloting will be held and files will be given to successful candidates only .
Payment plan
- Total Price: 2,000,000 lacs
- Processing Fee: 3,000
- Down payment: 300,000 (within 10 days of balloting)
- 7 x Quarterly Installments: 242,860

I am relatively new to investing in Pakistan real-estate. Just to clarify, under the overseas quota, I can apply for multiple files by duplicating the same 5 marla application form plus accompanying documents and pay PKR 3,000 for each application to increase my chances in the balloting process or will that not be necessary in your opinion?
