What the contract covers

Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The work includes new breakwaters, removal of existing rock protection, beach formation and improvements to existing beach areas. The announcement does not disclose the contract value.

The package supports Bay Villas, a 636-home community of villas and townhouses. It follows a separate AED527 million infrastructure and utilities contract awarded for Island B in April 2026.

Imlaak analysis: Track the specific milestone

For buyers following Dubai Islands, this gives a defined coastal-delivery milestone to track alongside residential construction. The Q4 2027 target applies to the marine and beach package; it is not a confirmed handover date for individual homes.
