Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Friday inaugurated the Lahore Ring Road (LRR) southern loop I and II which has been constructed in collaboration with Lahore Ring Road Authority and Frontier Works Organization (FWO). This 22.4 Km of 6 Lane road has been constructed in a record period of one year.
This will have a positive impact on real estate sector and societies located along the southern loop, including DHA Rahber, Bahria town , Lake city etc. Access and approach are the basics of success for a real estate society, however prices in those areas have been rising steadily in anticipation and therefore we may not see any sudden price jumps.
