Phase 8 Block S Possession is around the corner. The roads were metalled last year in August, 2015 and I was the first one to take a client on ground to his plot. Invest in Phase 8 if you believe you haven’t missed the train or can procure a position in S block it’s well and good. Other than that secure a position in Phase 8 anywhere other than Z block to get maximum returns.
