Reportage Group has launched Verso and Époque in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon, announcing a combined 234 residences and its first developments in the district. The two projects add a mix of smaller apartments and larger homes to the area’s planned residential offering.

The launch was reported on 2 October, following an event promoted for that date on the developer’s corporate channel. A company announcement published on 3 October sets out the two schemes. The news concerns a project launch; it does not establish that construction or handovers have been completed.

What is planned at Meydan Horizon?

Verso accounts for 174 residences. Reportage’s project page identifies one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments on a plot of 26,767.5 square feet. It describes a mixed-use tower with a retail area and 192 parking spaces, alongside swimming pools, a gym, landscaped areas and children’s facilities.

Époque is the smaller scheme, with 60 residences. The launch announcement lists 15 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom homes, together with 67 parking spaces. The building is planned with six upper floors above a ground floor and podium, plus two basement levels.

Its proposed amenities include a residents’ lounge, pool, gym, landscaped areas and a promenade. Reportage presents the two projects as different residential concepts within the same emerging destination, giving buyers a choice of building scale and apartment layouts.

What buyers still need to verify

The launch announcement reviewed for this report does not specify sale prices, payment terms or completion dates. Those details should be checked against the current unit offer and sale agreement before any purchase decision.

From a buyer’s perspective, the useful comparison will be at apartment level: usable space, floor and orientation, parking allocation, recurring charges and the delivery schedule for shared facilities. A smaller building and a taller tower can offer different living experiences even within one district.

The announcement expands the choice of planned homes in Meydan Horizon. It provides no evidence yet of achieved rents, resale performance or investor returns for either development.
