The DHA Quetta authorities have declared that residential and commercial plot levies are waived.
A surcharge relief program has been created for residential and commercial buildings until 2023, according to a post on DHA Quetta’s official Facebook page on April 28.
This customer-friendly policy has been introduced by the government, relieving property owners. The details of the plan are as follows, separated into three categories:
- Customers who fully pay their 5-marla marketing properties’ development expenses will get a 100% discount on surcharges.
- The surcharge will be reduced by 40% for residential public ballot plot owners who have paid all installments and 35% for commercial ballot plot owners who have paid all installments.
