Earlier in February this year, DHA Multan Management has opened possession of Sector R in DHA Multan. Sector R is opened now for house construction yet another positive initiative by DHA Multan. Also there is big incentive for builders by DHA Multan, which is 100% waiver of development charges if the house construction is completed in 1 year and up to 50% waiver of development charges if the construction is completed in up to 18 months.
