Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is inviting proposals from potential investors/developers, either individually or in consortiums, For the design, development, building, financing, sale, operation, and maintenance of canal houses in the 10-Chaharbagh project in Lahore, Pakistan, the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is soliciting bids from possible investors/developers, either individually or in consortiums. According to advertising in a major newspaper, the project is being carried out as a public-private partnership (PPP).

According to the advertisement, interested parties that have demonstrated their technical and financial readiness to take on the Chaharbagh project should use a one-step, two-envelope submission process to submit their technical and financial proposals. The Request for Proposal (RFP) submission date is May 19 at 4:00 PM, and the bid deadline is May 23 at 4:00 PM. Upon payment, the Commercial Executive Director will procure the RFP on behalf of RUDA.
Companies that qualify following the technical review will be invited to submit their financial tenders, the date of which will be formally announced. The technical tenders will be opened in front of bidders on the same day.
