Launched at 35000000/– PKR (thirty five million), this is the biggest commercial file available in terms of size. Total number of 150 files have been allotted during the balloting of 8 Marla commercial files on installment. If you have won the file than you need to deposit 3500000/– PKR ( three million and five hundred thousand) within next 30 days in favor of DHA Multan. Exact details of payments are still to be announced by DHA. Besides this you will have to deposit membership fee and may be some misc charges amounting to 62000 approx. DHA Multan will soon send a letter to your address in case you are a winner to inform you of the result. In case you do not deposit the down payment within time, DHA Multan may cancel your plot, however once the down payment is done, it will issue you with a allotment letter in your name in a few days after your down payment.

While most people should be able to pay the down payment but a few may not be able to do so. However in the initial days everyone will be demanding the same amount of premium or oun. As of now some people are demanding as much as 5 Million premium. In my opinion the premium will vary between 3 Million and 5 Million and some lucky people may even have better luck with some desperate sellers before the down payment. I also believe that if you are willing to take risk and deposit the down payment on behalf of the seller than you may be able to find some file as low as 1 to 2 Million. Personally i do think its not a high price to pay for installments of 30 Million over a period of 3 years. The plot may actually be more than 6 to 7 crores in 5 years from now and is worth every penny you may spend on it.

If you have won the file than you need to deposit 1750000/– PKR ( one million and five hundred & fifty thousand) within next 30 days in favor of DHA Multan. Exact details of payments are still to be announced by DHA. Rest of the details are the same as discussed above in case of 8 Marla commercial file of DHA Multan on installments.
Price/premium 4 Marla commercial file DHA Multan
When it comes to 4 Marla the expected premium is 2.5 to 3.5 Million after down payment. However before that you may be able to get it as low as 1 to 1.5 Million premium from desperate sellers who can not deposit the initial down payment. This is a risk though which you must take with complete vigilance and in my opinion avoid if you can. Greed is a curse and you may end up losing 1.75 Million of your hard earned money.
