For time and again I have been telling about the Real estate market and I have been right most of the time with an accuracy rate of almost 90% where I said DHA Prism is about to shoot up and it went straight up, again I told everyone about DHA Multan and it went almost 80-100%. Well to be very honest I don’t hold a crystal ball which tells me to make such predictions about marketof the Real estate market where I research the conditions of the market from time to time and filter noise out of the market which makes my assumptions bang on targets.

So Coming to the point of the Article “Money rotation” which is a generic statement while the more elaborative term is “Smart Money Rotation“. Real estate markets gives you so much room of making fast gains then you can imagine so collecting your profits in time is the most efficient way of making swift capital gains.

WHY Most People LOSE?

Time is more precious than money to be honest and if you couldn’t sell at a good time surely you might have to wait for the next 1-2 years to again reach at a price you were being offered initially so if you sold the real top of the markets you can rotate you money into something more attractive while you were waiting for not making a decision timely.

So the time you wasted gave you more capital gains in the next two years, off course people are often attached emotionally to the market and daily price gains makes it fishy for most of us whether to sell or hold.

Trust me be greedy when everyone is fearful and be fearful when everyone is Greedy, Sell in the market noise when everyone is a buyer and buy when markets are silent. This is the matrix of the Real estate market and even every other market.

This might surprise you but I think that DHA Lahore Real estate is reaching its Top and the time is coming where Real estate market will stagnate for the next few years, the possibility of correction is not that much for the reason that we are in the Global recession phase and Dollar is getting weak.

Dollar is Getting WEAK ?

People often asks me that Dollar vs Pak rupees is appreciating while I always make a statement that Dollar is weak?

So let me tell you something real simple for your general understanding, Look at the Cars we are assembling in Pakistan. Honda Civic new Model is being sold at 48 lacs now that was launched @ 25-26 lacs the reason behind this that we are import based economy and the countries that are manufacturing cars have raised their cost of production due to the reason of raw material being very expensive.

Everything that is related to dollar is now appreciating because dollar is becoming worthless due to infinite printing and quantitative easing.

You need to collect your profits and rotate your money in an efficiency and run the market on your terms rather watching it everyday and never making a decision being sentimental with the market.

TESLA gets oversold, Market makers get in and sell when it is overbought and then they get into Facebook shares, then apple, Microsoft,  Amazon. They rotate the money according to their will looking into the sentiments of the market and technical conditions of the market.

Global Markets Dump and the money that leaves from the weak hands moves into Bitcoin, Bitcoin gets overbought money goes into Gold and Silver.

That’s how You make money, Don’t wait and wait assuming that DHA Phase 9 Prism, Phase 8 And Phase 7 will go further up and DHA All files will Go up again after appreciating 100% in less than 6 months.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS Because If you are not a seller at these Prices you will not see them in next 6 Months and your money will depreciate while they are parked in a stagnant Market if there is no correction either.

Real estate market is not like stocks! Stock market is dynamic while real estate is stagnant, we have far more inventory in stocks than in real estate. The only way to suitably invest in real estate is very long-term like 4-10 years.
