DHA Quetta the next big thing

DHA has launched another project in the capital of Balochistan. DHA Quetta provides a wonderful opportunity as it is going to be first state of the art project in Quetta with underground wiring, proper amenities, superior town planning and an organized society.

Only 1 kanal files are available at the moment, with other options to come in later stages. Initial buying option would give you a greater ROI in times to come. Quetta is relatively a smaller city compared to other cities where DHA is situated. Being the capital of Balochistan purchasing power of the people of Quetta is very high. Real estate value in Quetta is comparatively on the higher side.

Ballot of files can be expected in the next 2-3 years. The prices have been revised as people all across Pakistan are not used to paying a high price for DHA files. The price drop is of 20 lacs from the initially set rate. DHA Quetta is already planning to open up an office in Phase 6 MB (Main Boulevard) along with DHA Gujranwala, DHA Multan, DHA Bahawalpur (A block Phase 6) which already exists in Phase 6 along with the main DHA Lahore office. This will provide another ease of transaction and once the office opens up and Lahore investors especially will have another avenue for lucrative investment. This in turn would mean that the prices are susceptible to go up.

DHA Quetta is situated near the airport. It’s almost a 10 minutes’ drive from the Quetta Airport. The location is situated in one of the prime pieces of land in Quetta. Once development starts and possession is given in the next 5-6 years we can expect at least a threefold return on our investment. This would amount to a minimum of 50% returns on investment.
