Also make sure that the buyer pays the membership fee and all other expenses on your behalf and the premium quoted above is completely 100% profit. Also make sure that when you sell, that the buyer completely understands that he has to pay the first installment on your behalf and misc/membership fee. A lot of fake buyers are making higher offers and including the down payment price in the total price thus it looks like you are getting a high price but actually you are getting much less premium. In addition some people will offer you a price just so they can sell it further higher and get profit, in such cases if they are unable to do so they will demand there money back from you and you will end up in trouble specially if the premium goes down later on. My advise to all the sellers is to make sure that you make a deal with a reliable estate agent and keep yourself safe at all times.
