It is limited by two 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞s 𝐨𝐟 R𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫oad Lahore. It has an interface with 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟔 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐝.
Moreover its approaches through 𝐄𝐗-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 and 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 also make it very centrally located.. Phase 8 can likewise be reached through 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 and 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢 Road as well.

S Block is situated parallel to the 𝐏 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 7. V Block situated above the 𝐗 & 𝐖 Block of 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟖. V Block consists of mostly 𝟏 𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬. There is a big difference of prices between 𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐕 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 and 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐕 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤. W block is the 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 and most 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐡 sector of DHA 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟖.This block is 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 is also very high. CCA II of W block comprises 4, 8, 16 & 32marla plots .Some people saying that prices of W block plots are 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 but I think it is still 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞. Great appreciation in prices is because, It has 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 and 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤. Additional to that it is connected with two 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 of 𝐃𝐇𝐀 Lahore 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟔 & 𝟖. It is located at the 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟖.
𝐗 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 Phase 8 Lahore :
X block is the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 of Phase 8 proper if you are coming from 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟓. X block has 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚 ,𝟏 𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 and 𝟐 𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 residential plots. Moreover 2 kanal plots that are available in this block are comparatively cheaper than any other block in this phase. I personally recommend, if you want to make an 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐗 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 then give a chance to buy those plots which are facing 𝐖 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤.
𝐘 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 Phase 8 Lahore :
Y block is Located besides Lahore ring road opposite to the X Block. 𝟓,𝟖,𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚 and 𝟏 𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 residential plots available in this block. Possession Plots are available for 𝟏-𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 only. However, development work on 5, 8 and 10-marla residential plots is going to complete.
